  I come in here usually two or three times a week. I always get the same thing and I have never had a problem with my order. It’s a small family business, so the kids are always there after school, and they greet me with a smile and a warm welcome. They deliver no matter how bad the weather is. I’ve ordered when it was raining to hard to even see, I honestly felt bad about it, but the delivery driver still got to me within 30 minutes and was as nice as always. I’d give it six stars if I could.

  Food is ok. Customer service from the female owner (when she is there), her daughter, and the usual red haired chick at the counter is horrible! They don’t value their customers! They speak bad about people who place orders by phone, when they’re the ones who probably made the error (in front of other customers)! This has happened on many occasions! The owners, the one worker, and her daughter don’t even greet you! Very nasty people! I see why they’re struggling. I would not recommend them. There is one Spanish looking lady who is pretty nice though.

  This is a great place to check out if you enjoy American Chinese food once or twice a month! I miss their sushi bar, however, they still deliver the best take out, delivery or dine in Chinese American food hands down! It is family owned and ran with some outside employees - however - if you visit more then twice they will remember you and always greet you with a big smile and start to remember your order. I love going to get pick up because I get to catch up with the mom and kids who stay over after school. Their such good people and very very clean. They use the freshest ingredients available and their oil is always changed and fresh daily! That I what really sets them apart from other restaurants especially Asian food restaurants! It never has a bad after taste or oil taste which is one main ingredient in most dishes. I highly highly recommend trying all versions of their lo mein and their cream cheese and crab won tons! Absolutely the best in Hagerstown!

  I came in for the first time yesterday. I had no idea what I wanted but the ginger cashier walked me through the menu and explained what had what in it and what they tasted like. I ended up deciding on General Tsos chicken. She said it was the most popular menu item, and I definitely can see why. I know I’ll be coming back again soon.

  We have not been here in awhile and I must say the food was really good both times we have been in for carry out. The bone in spare ribs are so tender, I will say the best from any Asian restaurant in this area, try the soups, steamed dumplings, shrimp egg rolls and the seafood fried rice was also very good and not greasy like some other fried rice I have had.
